Mitigate Safety Risks

Operators do not need to climb onto or inside of a filter press to change the cloths with the QUICKCHANGE™ system. Filter cloths can be inspected and removed at eye level without needing to lift plates out of the filter press.

Eliminate the Need for Lifting Equipment

With the QUICKCHANGE™ system, maintenance is performed at the ground level. There is no need for cranes or special lifting equipment to change filter cloths. As a result, filter press buildings can be reduced by two stories or more, leading to easier permitting and significant savings.

Extend Filter Cloth Lifespan

Unlike traditional systems, only the damaged side of the cloth needs replaced. A specially designed feed shoe also prevents wear around the feed hole, extending cloth lifespan and cutting material waste and long-term maintenance costs.

The two largest sources of downtime for a filter press are typically replacing filter cloths and maintaining the slurry pump.
