SLURRY PUMPS

50.4 Billion Gallons

That's the amount of slurry that has passed through McLanahan Slurry Pumps since 2001. Our range of horizontal spindle, abrasion/corrosion resistant centrifugal Slurry Pumps are designed for use in construction sands, frac sand, glass sand, silica sand, mineral sands, water treatment facilities and more.

A COMPLETE RANGE FOR YOUR APPLICATION

150-125 PumpMcLanahan's centrifugal Slurry Pumps are rubber-lined and abrasion-resistant for long-lasting service, low lifetime cost and straightforward maintenance. There are eight models available with discharge port sizes from 1.4" (35 mm) to 9.8" (250 mm) that can accommodate various options in line materials and gland type choices.

McLanahan offers three gland options:

  • D (Dry) Gland - An abrasion-resistant natural rubber face seal riding a hard face and lubricated naturally by the process fluid. Controlled by seepage of process fluid. Optional clean water injection facility.
  • H (Hydro) Gland - Clean water is injected into the interspace between a pair of gland seals in tandem. Slight dilution - but total containment - of the process fluid. Controlled water seepage to atmosphere.
  • P (Packed) Gland - Gland packing mechanically adjusted to ride the shaft sleeve. Highest pressure capability. Some process dilution and water (or lubricating grease) seepage to atmosphere.
